 BSS-4224 high speed straight edge edging machine is specially used for edging flat glass with double straight edges.  Suitable for furniture, electronics, engineering, construction, and other industries glass deep processing. 

 The machine automatically opens and closes to quickly adjust the grinding size, greatly improving the processing ability of scattered sheets.  The opening and closing of the machine adopts servo system to drive high-precision gear rack mechanism, with high adjustment accuracy, adjustment opening and closing speed up to 20m/min, glass processing speed up to 15 m/min, and high processing efficiency.  It can be connected with upper and lower film platforms and cleaning machines to realize unmanned automatic production. 

 Easy to operate: all grinding head motors are customized for glass machinery, with strong processing capacity and fast speed. Grinding wheel compensation adopts specially designed pneumatic compensation device, which is efficient and fast, easy to operate, and reduces the requirements for operation skills.
