Some friends who pay more attention to the glass industry may often see glass single-edge grinding machines. Glass single-edge grinding machines are often used for glass edge grinding. They can not only smooth the edges of glass, but also perform special processing, such as grinding bevels, etc. In order to help you understand more about the glass single-edge grinding machine, we have compiled this article.
1.1 Turn on the electrical power of the machine when you get to work.
1.2 Turn the machine from closed to small and then open to large (when opening and closing, check whether there are any foreign objects in the opening and closing area of the machine).
1.3 Check the usage of each grinding wheel to see if any are used up and need to be replaced.
1.4 Turn on the water in the machine and check whether the cooling water channels of each grinding head are aligned properly and whether there are any blockages.
1.5 Check the status of the machine at work. According to the machine status, adjust the machine parameters suitable for the products to be processed in this shift (pressure frame parameters, 45-degree tilt angle parameters, size parameters).
After completing the safety check before debugging and confirming the results, debugging can be carried out immediately. The debugging process of the machine is completed in manual working mode.
1. The debugging steps are as follows:
1.1 Turn on the main power switch of the device and turn on the power key switch of the control circuit.
1.2 Check the water circulation system, start the water pump, and check whether the water supply is normal and whether the circulation is normal;
1.3 Move the position of the grinding wheel back below the grinding position, rotate the handle of each grinding wheel for manual feeding, and move the grinding head back to the best position to prevent the glass from being inserted into the grinding wheel due to the cutting surface of the grinding wheel being too far forward. risk of collision;
1.4 Start the machine and run it dry. When the waterway is normal, start the grinding head and conveyor belt in sequence;
1.5 Adjust the distance between the front and rear guide rail chain plates to be consistent with the thickness of the glass;
2. Debugging safety
Pay special attention to safety when debugging. Our grinding wheels are all ground in a sealed protective cover. For this reason, we have reduced the risk. But this does not mean that there is no possibility of danger. Especially when feeding materials Special attention should be paid to:
2.1 When loading materials, avoid collision between the glass and the machine;
2.2 When loading materials, do not put your hands into the chain belt to prevent your fingers from being pinched or involved in the machine;
2.3 When the grinding wheel is rotating and there is glass in the conveyor belt, it is prohibited to change the size of the glass;
2.4 During the debugging process, when the grinding wheel is rotating, the sealing protective cover is not allowed to be opened for any reason;
2.5 The safety of the power supply must be checked before debugging;
2.6 When the glass is placed on the conveyor, the fragments generated by the glass toppling should be prevented from injuring people.
3. Judgment of debugging results
After our machinery is debugged, the surface of the glass should be bright and smooth after finishing, with no obvious knife marks.
Debugging is a necessary procedure to ensure that the equipment provided can operate normally, and all costs are borne by the equipment provider.
Glass is an amorphous inorganic non-metallic material. It is generally made from a variety of inorganic minerals (such as quartz sand, borax, boric acid, barite, barium carbonate, limestone, feldspar, soda ash, etc.) as the main raw materials, and a small amount of auxiliary raw materials are added. of. Its main components are silica and other oxides. The chemical composition of ordinary glass is Na2SiO3, CaSiO3, SiO2 or Na2O·CaO·6SiO2, etc. The main component is silicate double salt, which is an amorphous solid with an irregular structure. It is widely used in buildings to isolate wind and light, and is a mixture. There are also colored glass mixed with certain metal oxides or salts to show color, and tempered glass made by physical or chemical methods. Sometimes some transparent plastics (such as polymethylmethacrylate) are also called agricultural production system glass.
